WIMHS Billing Setup

We have setup Where Is My Hosting Support (WIMHS) billing system and also helpdesk to be able to support you both for both billing and for tech support. If you need billing assistance then please use the system by logging in or if you have a technical issue then please submit a ticket in the helpdesk to begin getting support going. 

We are going to be handling only billing related issues in the billing system, tech support in the helpdesk. If you submit a ticket in the wrong spot, we will advise you how to properly submit a ticket in the right area. If you are unsure then please send an email to support@whereismyhosting.support and we can further assist you properly. 

If you contact us during hours that we aren't available, please expect a delayed reply. If you contact us during business hours and haven't gotten a reply within four hours within business hours then we will work to get a reply immediately upon the next available hour. If you need a very high/critical issue addressed then please be sure to submit it as a high/critical issue to be addressed within a timely fashion.
